A plus-size person in RL, I first rezzed in Second Life in January 2007 and chose to make my avatar plus-size as well. While the size of my av has not hampered my opportunities or relationships in Second Life, the curvy nature of my av shape has made finding and fitting attractive clothes a challenge.
